Every year, the village of Stoke Bruerne in Buckinghamshire, on the canal, stages a WWII re-enactment weekend, called “Village at War”. Recently Brocks have been going to help car park and also to enjoy the food and entertainments. They have a campsite that is nearby.
This year, the event has become a little larger, and they have asked us to help. and you can read about it on the village site:
The plan is that we camp with Brocks at Stoke Bruerne weekend of 2nd October.
In exchange for a few hours car parking, we get a camp that is almost free (food needed), and which promises to be a fine social occasion. Comment below if you want to come!
